In 1982, I wrote the first book on self-help for young people. GO FOR IT! was listed as a best seller by Publisher’s Weekly for the next seven years, and I was featured on TV and radio shows nationwide.
The success of this book made me realize that people (including me!) were looking for the real “how-to’s” – in other words, the science of success. I really wanted to find out what made some more successful than others. Over the next three years, I intently studied the subject.
By using research and data I gathered from extensive interviews with 35 of the most successful people in America, I discovered there truly is a secret to success. In fact, there are seven. I call these The Seven Keys to Success Life Program©. I developed effective programs that, today, train corporate executives, professional organizations, educators, families and more ... The success of this program has led to keynote and workshop presentations to more than 1,000 audiences around the world.
Over the years, hundreds of attendees from my programs have asked me to write a book on how to apply The Seven Keys to Success Life Program© specifically for weight loss. I just completed this groundbreaking, proactive book, and it’s availablenow!
